Refund policy

Cancellation by Attendee (ticket buyer)

a. Refund eligibility and schedule

Full refund (ticket price + refundable fees) if you cancel 30 or more days before the event start date.

Partial refund (50%) if you cancel 14–29 days before the event start date.

No refund for cancellations made within 13 days of the event start date.

Transfer: You may transfer your ticket to another person at any time prior to the event by contacting us (see Contact section). Transfers are not considered cancellations.

b. Fees

Service or convenience fees will be refunded or non-refunded exactly as disclosed at purchase. We will not add undisclosed “junk fees” at checkout.

 

Cancellation by Glam Camp TX (event cancelled or materially changed)

Full refund: If Glam Camp TX cancels the event, all ticket purchasers will be offered a full refund (ticket price + any refundable fees) OR the option to rollover their ticket to a rescheduled date.

Material change: If we change the event in a way that materially reduces the experience (date change of more than 30 days, major program changes), ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to accept the changed date/format.

If we offer alternatives (rescheduled date, voucher, or partial credit), we will disclose those alternatives clearly and allow the purchaser to choose a refund instead. (If the event insurer or a sponsor provides compensation to organizers, that does not automatically negate your right to a promised refund absent express disclosure.)

 

Force majeure / extraordinary circumstances

If the event is cancelled for reasons beyond our control (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters, public health emergency), we will follow the policy above (full refund or reschedule) and will promptly notify ticket holders. If partial services were already provided (e.g., a single-day event where one day occurred), refunds would be pro-rated and handled fairly. Force-majeure does not automatically relieve organizers of the obligation to provide refunds unless legally enforceable under your contract and disclosed at time of sale.

 

Recurring charges / subscriptions / memberships

For any subscriptions or recurring memberships tied to Glam Camp TX services (not individual professionals), we will provide a simple, clearly labeled cancellation method at least as easy as the method used to enroll (for example: a single-click online cancellation if you subscribed online). We will stop future recurring charges immediately upon cancellation.

 

How to request a cancellation or refund

*Refund processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days of our approval. If you paid with a third-party provider (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.), processing timing may vary. If an unusually long delay occurs, please contact your payment provider and us. If we are unable to refund your original payment method, we will provide you with store credit.

 

Non-refundable items (if applicable)

At purchase, we will clearly label any portion of the price that is non-refundable (for example: non-refundable deposit, vendor application fees). Any such non-refundability will be presented in at least 10-point type on the solicitation/checkout page and on the ticket confirmation.

 

Chargebacks and disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank, we will cooperate with your payment provider and seek an amicable resolution. If we determine whether a refund is appropriate, we will issue it as above. Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

 

Vendors & exhibitors

Vendor application fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Glam Camp TX. Any booth cancellation by a vendor must be submitted in writing via email to howdy@glamcamptx.com; refundability will follow the schedule disclosed in the vendor agreement (and will be clearly posted in the vendor application materials). Vendor-specific terms will be included in the vendor contract and must be signed to complete booking.

 

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on our website on the date of your purchase is the version that controls your transaction. Any material changes will be published on our site with an updated “Effective” date.
